MetLife is proud to make the following products available to US Digital Employees:

  • MetLife Accident Insurance* is a benefit that may help cover costs such as those not covered by your medical plan. [Watch Video]
  • Critial Illness Insurance* are benefits you can use as you see fit, such as to help cover expenses that are not covered by your medical plan. [Watch Video]
  • Hospital Indemnity Insurance* coverage can help with unexpected expenses, such as hospitalization expenses that may not be covered under your medical plan. [Watch Video]
  • MetLife Pet Insurance (Direct Bill) can help cover the costs of unexpected accidents and illnesses and routine pet care. Help protect your pet’s health and your wallet! Employees can sign up for MetLife Pet Insurance and pay with their credit/debit card at any time throughout the year. [Watch Video]

Registering and Setting Up Your MetLife Account

  • The first step is to register and set up your MetLife account by going to: mybenefits.metlife.com.
  • Enter your employer name: US Digital – select “Register” and enter the requested information to create your account. (Detailed instructions available here.)
  • The mobile app is also available. You may download and register via the app to set up your account as well! Information about the app is available here.

How to File a Claim

For Wellness Exam Claims, simply call: 1-866-626-3705 and share that you are filing a claim for a wellness exam. You may need to remind them that you have the wellness benefit on all three plans Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Insurance for a total of $300 per benefit per plan year.

If you want to file a claim for things other than the wellness exam, you can do so by submitting the claim form OR by calling 1-866-626-3705.

You can monitor your claims online or via the website or app.

* US Digital is paying for employee only coverage on the Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Insurance plans. Employees can buy up and use payroll deducted coverage for their dependents or spouse.
